Artist's Description
Emerald Bay in South Lake Tahoe. This was the largest I have ever seen Eagle Falls. The winter prior to my visit was so large there was still snow in the mountains in summer. I love how the clouds are nestled in the middle of the frame; tying the white in the waterfall to the sky.
About Ryan Huebel
I am currently based in San Diego, California. Photography was my college major and my passion. Everywhere I walk I am constantly looking for a potential photograph. However, since I have worked behind the scenes in the production side of the world for several years I am currently burnt out on the portrait side of things. I love the outdoors and the beauty of the natural world. Whenever it is feasibly possible, I am out in the world exploring areas away from society; whether its abandoned locations or the beauty of the world around us.

One of my favorite artists on FAA lives near here, Ryan. It has been many years since I have been to this amazing lake but I’ll never forget its beauty! Thanks for bringing back some fond memories!....Fav / Like

My wife and my goal is to live in the Tahoe area; its such a special place. Whats the artists name? I'd love to see their work. It makes me very happy to hear this brought a feeling of nostalgia; after all, that's the goal of art right? To make one think or bring up a memory. Thank you for the kind words!

Tahoe is hands down my favorite place to visit. Everything is picturesque and the area hasn’t been completely tainted by humans. I’d highly recommend going whenever you get the opportunity :) thanks for the compliments!
